1. When ship the order ?
Usually all the orders can be shipped in 2-14 working days.(Depends on the complexity of the dress)
if you need urgently ,please send Color and Size to us to check if it in stock or not .if in stock ,we can ship it in immediately.
2. How long the shipping time ？
The time of shipping varies with the distance of the shipment.
Normally, it takes about 5-7 working days by DHL/UPS/Fedex.7-12 Working days by Aramex. While this time will be longer in our peak seasons.
And during major holidays, the transportation may be delayed. So please take the order as soon as possible to make sure you can receive it on time.
If your order is in urgency, you can contact our service to check if your date is available.
3. If have the tax ?
The taxes are charged by your country ( most countries doesn't charge tax ), so we won`t take care of them. But if you have any request, we can try to help you mark a lower declare pric
All the girl dress standard sizes are returnable with 30days.
On sale items can't be returned or exchange.
1) No Refund: Worn, Perfumed, Altered ,Damaged or Without the Original Brand&Labels.
2) Customized item / Custom made design /Made to your Specification is not supported to return.
3) As for defective, damaged, or wrongfully shipped, please take images of the original package. This will help us
fast-track the processing of your return, partial refund, or full refund.
4) Unlike wrong size, fit issue is usually not caused by the seller. But to offer better service, we will cover a partial alteration cost at a local tailor shop (no
more than 20% of the product purchased price).
5). It is buyers' responsibility to pay the shipping fees to ship it back.
*The following is not a quality issue: ① the size does not fit; ② the dress has loose yarn residue, has small skipped stitches in small areas, these are normal categories.
